Folding carton paperboard is one of the most popular materials used in almost any industry. As a folding carton manufacturer, we have a wide range of options available for clients, offering great flexibility to choose the folding carton you want.

  • Solid Bleached Sulfate(SBS C1S/C2S)

    Solid Bleached Sulfate (SBS) is the preferred option for food and premium retail products. This type of paperboard is treated as the finest quality for product packaging.
    SBS is 100% made from bleached chemical pulp. It can be coated on one side or both sides, i.e.C1S or C2S.
    The package is in white for both inside and outside. It is easy to be cut, creased, hot foil stamped and embossed. It is also clean and pure with no smell. Therefore, it is a great choice for packing aroma and flavor sensitive products such as chocolate, cigarettes and cosmetics.

  • Natural Kraft (SUS) and Coated Unbleached Kraft (CUK)

    Coated Unbleached Kraft (CUK) is made from unbleached virgin kraft fiber, which brings it a natural brown color.
    A typical usage for this paperboard is kraft packaging. Making CUK required at least 80% of virgin unbleached wood pulp. It offers the materials a thicker and construction with higher durability.
    By applying coating with PE resin, this grade of paper becomes harm-free for food and very suitable for takeout services. More than that, PE resin also brings more tear, water and grease resistant properties, and optimization for high-quality printing. 

  • Clay-Coated News Back Board (CCNB/ CRB)

    Clay-Coated News Back Board (CCNB) is manufactured from recycled newsprint, secondary paper, and used corrugated containers. It is a low cost packaging option that is very suitable for products like laundry powder and dry food, where high tear resistance is not necessary.
